Question-- A 7 months old girl was found to have a continuous murmur at upper sternal edge. She also has wide pulse pressure with bounding pulses. What will be the next step

A. Nothing to do as this defect will close by itself

B. Do Open heart surgery via midsternostomy

C. Medical management by Ibuprofen

D. Surgical ligation/by coil or catheter

E. Re-examined at 5 years of age
