Answer --If ineffective cough and unconscious then you should open the airway, give 5 rescue breaths and start CPR

ASSESS   SEVERITY
   A. Ineffective cough
       a) Unconscious -- open airway
                                     5 rescue breaths
                                     start CPR
       b) Conscious -- 5 back blow and 5 thrusts ( chest for infant and abdominal for child >1)

    B. Effective cough-- continue to check for deterioration to ineffective cough or relief cough or relief of obstruction
